Governor Bill Richardson is a 2008 Democratic primary candidate for President. His biography is not unlike any other highly qualified political executive within the United States of America were it not for the fact he may be more qualified than several of his competitors in the 2008 Presidential race. Here's why:
-Richardson achieved his most recent term as Governor of New Mexico with a 69% majority in the reelection.
