When the stars say goodnight
And the moon sings it's song
That's when I'll turn away
Stop reflecting on the wrong
When the rain stops falling
I'll put down the pills
I'll lock away the knives
And live in what's real
When the world fills with love
And blocks out the hate
I'll stop staring at the ceiling
Staying up late
When my head quiets down
And the voices stop
I won't hear the screams
I'll be able to hear myself
