this is a typical Indian recipe.Take two potatoes,peeled and diced, cauliflower,cut into small pieces, one carrot cut into cubes, green peas,capsicum and a few fresh beans cut into small pieces. saute vegetables in little oil add ginger garlic paste and saute once again. then add turmeric powder(1/2ts),chilly powder(1/2ts), coriander powder(2ts),a pinch of garam mas ala. Add coconut milk and cook for some time. When the vegetables are cooked, add ground cashew nuts and coriander leaves.
