Recipe (this makes enough for one person, multiply for more people)
1/2 banana - sliced
3 digestive biscuits - crushed into crumbs
1 knob of butter - about a tablespoon
some toffee sauce - either ready made ice cream sauce or boil a tin of condensed milk for about 3 hours
double cream or whipping cream
chocolate shavings - just use a grater

melt the butter and mix in the biscuit crumbs. line shallow dish with the crumbs and leave to set in the fridge. When ready to serve top base with toffee sauce and sliced banana, whip the cream and top the pudding, sprinkle with chocolate and voila - yummy dessert
