It seems to me that they are making things way to easy these days. Everyone is always saying that we need to watch our weight yet they are putting everything right at our grasped. Where it is easier and cheaper to get in this fast past society. As long as it convenient and right there people are going to go to the closet place they can so they can get back to there lives at home or the office. The U. S. as a whole has one of the highest percentage rates of people being over weight on record today. Yes, everyone tries to diet, but since they don't see results in the first few days then they give up and over indulge in what ever is close to them. This, unfortunately is the fast food places that seem to be every where we look. No matter where you go I can just about guarantee that there is a dollar menu close to you. The question is, Are you going to that or are you going to eat more sensibly and really take care of your body?
