in mind lets take a moment to explore the concept of a creation without God. for the theory of evolution to work you need billions of years to pass to bring about the very first single cell organism. Recent scientific research has been exploring the earths electromagnetic field. In exploring this scientists have discovered that the electromagnetic field is in fact disintegrating, i.e. getting weaker. This lines up with the second law of thermodynamics which state the world is in a state of increasing entropy, i.e. breaking down, getting weaker, etc.
The Electromagnetic field is what holds the earth together, it is how we have an atmosphere and in general how we have a planet. Now, we know that the electromagnetic field can only have started at a certain strength because if it was too strong it would destroy the earth via crushing it. So by evaluating the very physical evidence of the decaying electromagnetic field they have found that the earth could not be more than 20,000 years old. Studying the rate of Decay from the strongest the field could possibly have been, even accounting for possible variants in the rate of decay, this was their conclusion. 20,000 years. Sorry friends but that is just not enough time for evolution to do its work. So I hate to be the one to break it to you but you don't really exist.
This is one relatively simple piece of evidence against the big bang, and evolution. So, can we prove or disprove God? No! The answer is not the same for the theory of the big bang and evolution however. The list of problematic theories fond in evolution are huge, and lets not forget that evolution is called a theory even by the scientific community. Are you going to base your entire world view on a theory. If you are, okay, but at least own up it, and stop trying to spout it off as fact. and realize that it probably takes more faith to believe in evolution than it does to believe in the God of the bible.
So here is the conclusion, "why are most Geeks atheists?" because they are not truly thinking critically or openly. They are in fact being lazy thinkers who have not truly explored their belief system. Rather, they are the ones swallowing a lie hook line and sinker.
