Super simple Potato Soup. Anyone can make it and it's cheap to do!
Ingredients:
16 ounces of frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup onion (chopped)
14 ounces (1 can) chicken broth
10 ounces (1 can) cream of celery soup
10 ounces (1 can) cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
2 cups water
*In a large pan/skillet combine your potatoes, onion, and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
*Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25-35 minutes
*Combine the broth, soups, and milk. Let it heat thoroughly.
Serve. You can add additional items like more onion, meats, tomato, and cheese.
