So you have bumps on your tongue? Hmmm what could they be from? Bumps on the tongue are normally an indication of a medical condition. The first thing to do is to talk to your primary health care provider. It is better to be safe then to be sorry.
One thing you can do is gargle with hydrogen peroxide. Don't swallow this stuff. It will help kill bacteria in your mouth and bleach your teeth slightly.
Some people brush their tongue with baking soda. It helps to remove bacteria from scraping the tongue. I think that you can really use any toothpaste since the result is from the bristles brushing the bacteria loose.
You might be having an allergic reaction to some food you ate. Keep a food diary. What things have you eaten lately?
The best advice is to see the help from a health care provider. You don't want to mess around with getting sicker or having an infection spread to other areas of your body.
