There are of course many reasons why some human beings don't live as long as others which one can do very little about, though there are also those where human thought and practice can help dictate the longevity of a human being.
Splitting the factors into those over which humans have no control, and those that they do, it is clear that longevity is not always something that can be controlled, though if human beings are able to put their very best into their lifestyle, diet, and exercise plan, great differences can be made in the length of time lived.
HEALTH FACTORS.
Hereditary Illness is something that one should be aware of, because knowing the risk factors can make life more sustainable, and if there are hereditary problems within the family, do take advice early, watch for the tell tale signs, because half of the problem here is that illnesses are not diagnosed early enough for the treatment that might make them less life threatening. By early diagnostics, the person is able to seek advice on what might help hold back the illness and the earlier in the stages of illness that something is done in the way of prevention, the longer the potential for that life.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH
Nothing can be done to stop accidents from happening totally, although there is a human factor that can be encouraged. Of course there will be children that are obese through health problems, though those that are obese because of eating habits and lack of exercise could extend their lives by change, and at this stage of the game, it is the parent's responsibility to ensure that their kids have healthy eating habits, and take sufficient exercise.
Teens
What determines the mortality rate at this age is diverse. Again, diet is a huge factor, though so is self indulgence in drugs, cigarettes, alcohol, all of which shorten the lifespan. Although the
