Songs: Secrecy

I want to walk the streets,

Dark grey tattered and torn,

Wrapped in the appearance of misery.

I want to hide myself,

Inside this shroud of dark,

All keeping you confused and unimpressed.

Want you to think of me,

As not even being here,

If you should ever think to think at all.

You're only slightly wrong,

It is not misery,

You see you took too long,

I am a mystery,

And now I'm gone,

Blink -

I am gone,

You took too long.

You missed the joy I am,

I keep it close to me,

I know I passed you as you didn't look.

You missed a treasure trove,

I hid it in these robes,

It is invisible to the unworthy.

You missed how blessed I am,

I didn't miss a thing,

It was for you to find instead of this.

You're only slightly wrong,

It is not misery,

You see you took too long,

I am a mystery,

And now I'm gone,

Blink -

I am gone,

You took too long,

You took too long,

And now I'm gone.
