I drink coffee all day, everyday. I usually do not drink instant coffee though. I have tried several different kinds of instant coffee and it is really not my bag, but if you do drink it, here are my brand reviews.
Maxwell house instant coffee: The coffee was a bit on the weak side as far as taste. It was really like a little bit of coffee with my hot water.
Folgers instant coffee: Richly flavored with a variety of types to choose from. It is a little expensive, but definitely worth the cost. This is the brand that gets the taste closest to real coffee.
Sanka: Too bitter and it always leaves a funny aftertaste. If you like that whole "Furry tongue, I just licked the dog" taste, then this one is for you.
Generic/store brand instant coffee: Okay, maybe I am spoiled, but unless you are somewhat financially destitute, don't drink this. A little while after you drink this, you will feel like your esophagus has disintegrated down into your stomach.
