Could this be my Guardian Angel, my guide or spirit?
Having experienced this form of communication once before in my life, I know exactly how you feel. Often this type of communication comes in when one is at a low point in life. Perhaps you feel lost or at a loose end. You may have recently experienced a loss or you just feel that life is throwing a lot of stress and upheavels your way.

What ever the reason it is often either your Guardian Angel or Spirit Guide or your departed loved one, that is drawing close to you at this time, to give you the re-assurance, that you are not alone.
You are never alone.
I feel that is one aspect to address here. When ever you say to yourself, "I am alone", know that you are not. Spirit energies that have a strong heart connection are often not far away. In fact they are just in the next room. Its just that we cant enter that room, not often anyway. But you can learn to connect, so that from time to time you can enter the "next room" just for a moment. They too are given an opportunity to enter your living space, often only once.

To feel the connection from spirit in the form of a kiss on the forehead, will often only happen just once from that particular spirit energy. The amount of times I have spoken with people who have told me the same experience. There is no co-incidence. The story happens only once to each individual.

"I felt the bed press down and opened my eyes, I saw my wife sat on the end of the bed, I then felt a soft gentle breeze, and a smell of her perfume, I felt at peace". I only had this connection once, but it was enough to know that she wasnt far away."

"My husband used to always leave his sock draw open, it annoyed me at the time. After he passed I always left the sock drawer closed. One night I had a dream. I saw my husband. He sat on the bed, gave me a kiss and said he was going now and would see me later. When I awoke from the dream I didnt know if it was real or not. But then I noticed his sock draw open. This only happened the one time."

Perhaps spirit are just given one opportunity to make a connection to their loved ones that are left behind. Some make the connection through a medium others know that they can make the connection to their loved ones, and know that they will be understood.

We have a guardian Angel and a Spirit Guide as well as spirit energies of the departed who from time to time make connections to us. Some of you may just feel energy. That is fine as each of the above are infact energy from one source. One source that we re-connect to when we leave "Planet Earth". That One source in Love , unconditional love.

Some of you reading this may deny the existance of spirit and the connection to the universe, but how can you ridicule something that you dont understand? It is those of you who have experienced near death experiences or who have been given a second chance or indeed have been close to the edge, who are more sensitive to energy. Dont let anyone take away or ridicule your connection. You are perfect as you are and remain connected to the universal power of unconditional love.
