There are several types of sexual harassment. Some of which you may not even know. Of course the most obvious is the one where a coworker or boss grabs you or makes very strong sexual advances towards you. What you may not realize is sexual harassment is when you coworkers are talking about their dates or sexual encounters they had over night and are asking what you did, or asking you what you like. If it makes you feel uncomfortable then it can be sexual harassment, specially if you tell them you don't want to hear it and they continue to do it. Also if your refused a job or advancement because you wouldn't perform sexual acts or what ever then that is harassment too. Its all wrong either way. I am sure there are other good examples of harassment but those are the ones that stand out most in my mind. No matter what all harassment is wrong and you don't have to put up with it!
