BEHIND DREAMS

In the midst of fantasy and reality
Lies the desire to find
The virtue of turning sunset to sunrise
For when darkness starts to cover
The drop of light
Every single hope seems to vanish
With thoughts of fallacies
Beaming over fact
Seems to erase wellness

But in the distance afar
Shooting towards the unlighted way
Travels a star with a torch
Trying to undermine gloom
With a winning edge
To overturn the given
Giving hope to the dying rays
To stand amidst as guide
So as not to fall astray

And when the battle begun
Fought with willpower and might
Nowhere in this world
One could compare its ace
Giving its full blast of hit
Rests the grace of a new day
To fill the unfilled
Emptying the scar of night
With its blaze of glory

So that when light spreads
None could be seen
Other than wondrous things
Worthwhile to be reminisced
Mindful to be cherished
That whenever sun sets again
Brings no more dilemmas
For sword is at hand
That even shadow of light
Suffices vision of a good fight.
