Lime and Rosemary Chicken
A wonderfully way to make chicken with lime is to simply marinate skinless, boneless breasts in lime juice for at least 2 hours. When you are ready to bake it, put a small amount of lime juice in the bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle dried Rosemary on the chicken breasts. Bake this at 300 for about an hour. About 30 minutes into the baking time, turn the chicken over and put more dried Rosemary on the other side. After baking for an hour, cut into the thickest part of the chicken breast to make sure it is cooked well all the way through.
This recipe is simple and delicious. And can be served with many types of side dishes. One example is rosemary and garlic potatoes. Any type of potato dish could be served with this chicken recipe.
