Humor: Things to do in Wal-Mart

In a town such as mine, Walmart can make a boring Saturday night with your friends much more enjoyable..that is if you know how to transform a 24 hour store into an all-night amusement park. It becomes a game to us to see how much fun we can have before we get kicked out. First you're going to need a group of at least five people...

1. Get one person from your group to grab a motorized scooter and pretend to be an angry old man all night. He can run into things, honk at people, yell profanities, etc. This is by far one of the funniest things and people get extremely frustrated..it's great!

2. Follow somebody! Now, don't make it really noticeable.. you've got to be sly about it. Pick someone and just kinda make sure you're in the same place they will be. It's great fun with your friends because you'll have a good laugh later about what the guys face looked like when he saw you at every location.

3. Go to the furniture section and just sit. I've done this many times. It's a good way to pass time. Just grab some chairs and sit down..tell jokes, hang out.

4. Play with the toys. You have to be careful about this though. The employees at Walmart don't appreciate this, but the toy section is definetely where all the fun is. Press buttons, make noises, ride around on toy ponies... the ideas are endless.

5. One thing that a couple of guys I've hung out with have done, is go outside Walmart and run carts into things with their car... probably not a good idea, but it did make for an interesting night. Just have one guy hang out the window of the car and hold onto a cart and when you find something fun to run it into..do it.

6. Play Marco Polo! This one is self-explanatory...

7. Put random objects into people's carts when they aren't looking..this one is the greatest! Make sure it's something that no one ever buys and something that they'll notice shouldn't be there.

8. Take coffee beans out of the grinders and carry them around the store depositing them in odd places. Same thing with anything that is on display and can be easily grabbed...grapes,etc.

9.Switch price tags around...yeah.

10. Go in the bathroom when other people are in there and talk to a friend on the phone when you're in the stall. Say things like "should it burn when you pee?" and "Oh no! I missed!" and "I think I need your help, I've forgotten how to do this.." This is great fun..because not only are the other people in the bathroom freaked out but your friend who is on the phone is probably scaring people too.

So there you have it, ten things to do in Walmart..never again will small town teenagers be bored!
