Scrambled eggs is such a simple dish, and you can make them any how you may like them. However i like my scrambled eggs nice and spicy and im going to tell you hou to make spicy scrambled eggs.
First of all you will need a medium sized onion peeled, washed and finely sliced.
Then in a pan melt a knob of butter and then add in the onions and stir fry for a few minutes until lightly golden colour. Then to the onions add a tomatoe finely chopped and stir it around until they go nice and tender then add some green chillies finely chopped, and a litle bit of cumin seeds then stir. Then in a seperate bowl break two eggs add a little salt and a little bit of milk and whisk toghether. Then throw into the pan with the rest of the ingredients and stir around until eggs are cooked. Then serve with either a nan or a couple of toast and trust me they are scrumptious. I think the best time of day to have this dish would to have for a brunch.
