Exploring the fear factor in human psychology

Instilled in man is one character that brings about a change in every decision he makes "Fear"

Why do we fear? Ever wondered? Seems like it's a natural instinct in man to be scared about every other thing that's about to happen. Let it be exams, a lie, an interview or even a game. Everything has got its own source of phobia. It's funny that man believes himself to be the most supreme amongst all creations of God but he still fears many of those so called subordinate creatures!

A phenomenon that has never been completely removed from human nature is the "Fear Factor" for various objectives and objects. As a child he fears his teacher, as an employee he fears his employer, as a believer he fears God, as a prey he fears his predator However brave we pretend to be, within all of us there exists a phobia for somethingsometimes known other times unknown. Without that we probably wouldn't be one of the sapien species.

Until recently I knew a buddy who claimed to be fearless. He always disregarded those we feared until one day when this happened. Both of us were walking aside a road when some dude from behind screamed watch outdog'. My instincts, I turned around relived to find no dog but spotting the prankster laughing his head out. Amused, I looked around for my friend Guess whatI saw him disappear around a corner at the speed of light. That's when it actually struck me how fearless' he was!

Tons of us veil our fears with various names. The names vary from tension to disgust with respect to its root cause. At the end though, no one can deny the common factor that treads through all these namesthe fear factor.

In this human shawl one claims to be principled while the other sincere and etc.etc. but I bet yourarely will one of these rookies be ready to face a challenge that glints with their fear. Some might even disown their ethics while trying to escape their horrors.

Finally left out are a few whose firm belief and fear for the all mighty bring them at par with anything and anyone. Such are only a hand full and can never be provoked. They are ambient and rare treasures to find in this world of fearing!
