Cruising is the best value in vacations because you get to see more in a few days than you could in four weeks if you were travelling overland. You don't have to pack and repack, check in and out of hotels or keep buying tickets or drive between destinations. Travel from the airport is included in your cruise fare and you go to bed in your luxury cabin after a good meal each evening and wake up in a new destination the next day - it's like magic.
Food is excellent, plentiful and available at more times than you need it. There is never a need to buy snacks, you just couldn't fit them into your already bulging digestive system anyway! A great thing is the variety of food, it's like dining in a different restaurant each mealtime. Bars around the ship offer secluded corners for a quiet drink or lively discos for passengers wiggle their hips...and apart from the cost of drinks, which are added to the bill, there is no admission fee for any facilities on the ship.
Entertainment in the form of cabarets are as good as going to watch a show, and you don't have to find the money to get in. I've seen top comedians, singers and great shows on a cruise; every night is different and the entertainment adds to the overall enjoyment of the cruise. Classes, such as dancing lessons are free as are the daily competitions and activities offered by the entertainment crew.
The expertise of the crew and entertainment staff and the availability of information enable you to fully explore your cruise destinations. The crew know the places you're cruising to and offer help and assistance when you're trying to make up your mind what to do. The pools on the ships are big, there is free use of the gymnasium and a sunbed to relax in, after all that activity. On many ships there is even a cinema onboard and films are shown on the T.V.s in the cabins - all for free.
On a cruise you pay one fare: this includes travel between as many as six different countries in a week; accomodation and food including service; entertainment and access to facilities and the use of the pool and the gym; the support and guidance of the expert crew and entertainment staff. A cruise is a great value holiday.
