The 2007 French presidential election

The French don't want Turkey to enter into the EU, it's a muslim country. They fear Muslims. French are tired of being runned by so-called socialists that are de facto well-to-do citizens. They don't feel represented. They wanted a woman president but she lost her temper and put her foot in her mouth during a critical debate for her bid to win. Sarkozy wants to end the 35 hour-week, most bosses want that too. People of France are unhappy, morals are down, they could not decide who was better so they stopped fighting, they let it go. Did the best win? is the new president going to make a difference? probably not a major one, but life goes on and all will adapt, it's not a massive catastrophe, they've seen worse, as long as nobody pushes that red button, all is well. Happy May!.
