The key to moved on regarding the issue about,"you're fired", is to understand what's the reason why you get fired. It's okay if you feel insecure at first or feeling humiliated or something as long as you know the reason behind the issue of firing you out in the job. There are certain criteria in a company that in case you violate their rights or their own policy, they have these certain rights to fire you. In that case, you should understand why you get fired. Though, there are more than just one reason that you need to understand why you were fired.
There are many employees who can't take it, in some point they feel betrayed and it is the harsh treatment that they'd got in their entire life. But, the key point to moved on after firing you is to understand yourself and their own reasons.
Key points to understand:
1. Your own behavior and attitude. Maybe, you were just throwing tantrums on your boss, came late, doing nothing or just being a brown-noser? You have to understand that in some point, you are also the reason why they fired you.
2. Performance is ground level. You have nothing to show to them about your own potentials and your own performance. It's all nothing but just creating more conflicts in the office.
3. Sex discrimination or racial discrimination could be too many points why you get fired? In some way, your understanding in a certain aspects is needed for you to moved on and find another job.
4. Too many absences, lame excuses, malingering( in a form of anything, you want a simple job in your company and when they will give you a heavy one, you're pretending that you have some sort of sickness that you can't do that certain job), or anything pertaining to your own behavior.
5. They hired someone who's better than you. They just form another excuses just not let you feel down but in fact you know the reason why you get fired.
Though, there are many reasons to understand why you get fired. In worst case scenario, if you were fired because of gender discrimination and racial discrimination, though you understand but it is so much painful to your part.
