Radio controlled(RC) technology is a rapidly growing industry that allows individuals to fly, drive and captain model sized planes, helicopters, boats, and cars, to name a few. The Parkflyers company is one of the most successful companies, with their focus being on RC products, of all types. Parkflyers Cessna 182 is becoming one of Parkflyers biggest sellers for beginner RC hobbyists.
The Parkflyers Cessna 182 comes near ready to fly, so that you do not have to worry about tedious assembly of the aircraft. Parkflyers ran numerous tests on the Cessna 182 to ensure it's stability, smooth flying and ease of learning to fly an RC airplane. The Parkflyers Cessna 182 is made for individuals who are at least 12 years of age, and older, who have a desire to get involved in the RC airplane hobby.
Most RC aircraft require extensive assembly, yet with the Parkflyers Cessna 182, you only have a few things to assemble, giving you just a taste of what you can look forward to, when you become a more experienced RC enthusiast. As will all RC products, you need to expect to have to wait for the battery pack to charge before you are able to fly the Parkflyers Cessna 182, and this will give you more than ample time to get it assembled.
The Parkflyers Cessna 182 can reach flying speeds of up to 50 miles per hour, which can be exhilarating for the novice RC operator. Made chiefly by strong strength styro-foam, the Parkflyers Cessna 182 is a very durable RC airplane, and can withstand the beating that a novice flyer can dish out, while learning how to fly it. The Parkflyers Cessna 182 includes a 480 7.2 volt electric motor, and an 8.4 volt battery pack, that will give an individual approximately 13 minutes between charges.
You can purchase the Parkflyers Cessna 182 for around $179.99, which is not expensive when it comes to purchasing an RC aircraft. The wingspan of the Parkflyers Cessna 182 is 38.5", and it is 29" in length. The Parkflyers Cessna 182's transmitter range is approximately 2500'. The only complaints I have found for this product, is that the buttons on the hand held controller, are very touchy.
