NBA: Comparing the eastern and western conferences

The eastern conference is starting to rise if you actually look at the teams player for player you will not see it and defiantly not from the records but when your conference champs get knocked out in the first round you can't sit there and think that your conference is that much better but we have young teams on the rise look at Chicago and Cleavland and Washington (minus the injuries) Orlando and when Miami drops its dead weight they to will be back in the lime light i also forgot my favorite underdawgs the toronto raptors i remember them coming into the league and i said it will never last but lo and behold the playoffs can you believe it and the diarrhea of the nba the Celtics and the knicks what happen to two mighty franchises i know changing of the guard but look the west also has it share of bad teams but they have winning record logically proving they are better but they are not because look Minnesota done and so are the clips Portland and Seattle so what do they have besides san antonio and the suns
