Most cruises have waiter service for the lunch and evening meals, and the evening meal waiters are usually 'yours' for the duration of your cruise. Most ships have entertainment in the evening, which is often a cabaret and it is usually excellent. There are cinemas, pools, shops, bars and casinos around the ship and the bingo is often a popular daily event! The ship's entertainment staff become familiar figures, as their task is to make sure you are never bored aboard, and they take that job very seriously!
