CINNAMON: Cinnamon is great for desert recipes and drink recipes.

CLOVES: Cloves go well in all types of dishes including deserts and drinks.

CORIANDER: Great for Asian and Indian recipes.

CILLANTRO: Great for fish, Asian and Indian recipes.

DILL WEED: Terrific for fish recipes.

FIVE-SPICE POWDER: This is very common in poultry and fish Chinese recipes.

GARLIC: Garlic can be added to virtually every recipe with the exception of most desserts. It is thought to be an aphrodisiac and to have healing powers.

GARLIC PEPPER: This is a combination of garlic and pepper. It is often used to substitute salt and replace salad dressing.

GINGER: Ginger is very popular in cooking pork recipes. It is also great for desserts and Mediterranean cooking.

NUTMEG: Nutmeg is good for vegetable, soup, desert and drink recipes.

ONION: Onion compliments most vegetable and meat recipes. Many people use chives to avoid having onion odor and its ease to grow and chop.

OREGANO: Oregano is great for poultry, pork, vegetables and salads.

PAPRIKA: Paprika is great for adding color and flavor to meats, soups, sauces and vegetables.

ROSEMARY: This is used in desserts, fruit salads, egg and fish recipes.

SAGE: This is great for beef, poultry, dressings, stuffings and vegetable recipes.

SALT SUBSTITUTE: Have the flavor of salt in the kitchen without the worry of high blood pressure.

TARRAGON: Great for poultry and fish recipes. It is also popular in sauces, dressings and vegetables.

THYME: Thyme is one of the most popular spices other then salt. It is used for meats, breads, salads, chowders, soups and jellies.

TUMERIC: Tumeric is popular in Indian recipes. It is used in poultry, duck, turkey and vegetable recipes.

VANILLA EXTRACT: A touch of vanilla can add a ton of flavor to so many recipes. It is great in vegetables, sauces, desserts and drink recipes.
