The first thing you should evaluate for any on-line learning program is; Are they easy to contact? Does the webpage prominently display not just an email address, but telephone/fax and a real business address, not just a po box.
The second thing for you to assess is how long have they been in business? It's too easy now in this technological era for anyone to setup any phony business. Any on-line school that has been in business for at least 5 years is a safe bet.
The third thing to consider is who recognizes the credentials you will receive. Is the school licensed by local state/province/county to hand out diplomas or certificates?
And lastly, check out the credentials of the individual teachers/instructors. Are they truly experts in their field? And are they easy to contact on an individual basis?
One on-line school I have dealt with for 3 separate courses is www.Universalclass.com They match all the above criteria, and are super to deal with.
Good luck
