Short but true.
At the age of sixteen I went to my friend sarah's fancy dress party, dressed as a Charlestan Dancer, cigarette holder and all the get-up. The house was filled with characters from every tv programme, film, past and present, it was a great night, and a good laugh trying to guess who some of the characters were underneath their masks. Sarah's dad had invited his entire work-force to the party, and in hand they had bought their partners, some their brothers and sisters, the house was filled and the party was well on its way. I met somebody that night, didn't catch his name, it was just one of those having a few dances together sort of thing, a few goodnight kisses, no ties, but a slight inkling the following day of whether you would see them again. Years passed on, me and sarah didn't remain friends we kind of grew apart. On my 25th birthday I went nightclubbing with a few friends quite a way from where I lived. I met this bloke and we got on really well, we swapped phone numbers and agreed to go out one night. We did and we married two years later, funny thing is though when we got talking after we were married going over old ground and memories, it turns out that the man I married was the same man I had spent dancing the night away with at the Fancy Dress Party all that time ago, now that is De Ja Vu.
