I think Myspace.com is an amazing website. Myspace.com is the most popular social networking website to date on the world wide web and is in the top 5 of most visited websites on the internet. The website attracts so much attention and activity, it receives over 200,000 new members a day.

Despite the negative criticism Myspace.com receives, I believe that in reality the website's "pros" (as in good) exceeds it's "cons" (as in bad). What makes Myspace.com a great website is the fact it possesses quite a few options for "free" that would cost a fortune on another website, like it. The thing that makes it even better is, it's 100% original and therefore; there are no other websites like it, no matter how much they are compared to it.

People who tend to speak of Myspace.com in a negative sense, criticize the website because of ethics and values of Myspace users. Keep in mind, these Myspace users do not make up the majority of the website. These critics tend to blame and devalue Myspace because of individual decisions. Myspace.com is not to blame because of individual choices. In fact, it is completely foolish to blame an entire website because a small percentage abuse technology and their freewill as a human being. Analogically speaking, this is like blaming an entire group of people for the sake of one. Do you see the distinction?

As Myspace.com is a huge part of many individuals lifestyles, it is labeled as an "addiction" and some theorists believe that Myspace is too personal and allows strangers to view individual members lives. Some theorists also believe that because Myspace is an addiction, it challenges the value of "online vs offline" in terms of social function and daily ordinary. When we look at addiction, the same can be said about any website or the internet in general. To completely use Myspace as an example, is generalizing incorrectly.

Myspace.com proves to challenge skepticism and provides a medium source for individuals looking to have fun on the internet, whether for friends, dating, serious relationships, and networking. Not only is this about having fun, but the opportunity to meet new people and maintain friendships, as well as, keep in touch with family, friends, and others.

In spite of the occasional server errors and occasional security issues, Myspace.com proves that it's good clearly exceeds it's bad.
