The best ways to stay up all day if you were up all night is to try and take a little cat nap here and there. Of course it is also going to take tons of caffeine to keep you going as well.
Maybe you can take a quick trip to the gym and do a workout, you not feel like it at the time but it really can boost up your energy. Have a healthy mean like oatmeal to get you started in the morning and try and eat energy foods through out the day like nuts or granola bars. Cheese is also a good source of energy and so is fruit.
Whatever you try of course your body is going to be telling you it needs to rest. So try and make sure that you make it an early night and get the rest you need to stay healthy. When you lake in taking care of yourself it makes it harder for your body to fight off infections so you are more prone to catching whatever is out there.
