Fired: How to assess your own behavior

Being fired is never a easy thing to deal with, but you have to be honest with yourself. Ask yourself if it is possible that you caused this to happen. Although, there are some bosses who take the authority to their heads, I don't think they set out to fire people everyday. think about your performance on the job. Many people get bored with doing the same thing day in and day out and as a result their work suffers. Have you honestly been dependable? How many times have you been late and it really didn't phase you any? Take inventory before you go on a rampage and try to destroy everything in your path. You are an adult, you can handle it. Jobs come and go. What you need to do is remain calm and not make a scene. It will be better for you, especially when you go looking for another job. Showing off really only does to things, it shows your immaturity and gets you carried out of the building by security, both are embarrassing and uncalled for. You got fired and you need a new job, simply remember what you did at the last job and don't do it on your new one! Good Luck
