There's blood that surrounds the complete corner of her right eye. The redness drips to the floor like a leaky faucet. She catches the blood before it drips into her eye with the back of her hand. It only smears it across her cheek and lips. She goes into a sitting position and starts to rock next to the lifeless body she once adored. Annie Lenox " No more I love you" is playing in the background,"No More I Love You' s, Changes are lifting outside the word."
"Outside the word."
And then the song is greeted by silence, she sits there still rocking. She is thinking of the words that just left her head as she sits in silence, then she lifts up her hand towards her eyes. She stares at the creases on her left hand and watches as blood pools into the crevices. She casually looks around and finds the remote for the stereo and plays the song again. Her mind travels to five years prior, to a watering hole in anywhere U.S.A. There is a good looking middle aged man smiling and leaning against the bar. On the other side of that bar is a cute girl with a nice smile serving drinks to other customers. She motions to the good looker to wait a minute, her bartender replacement motions for her to leave and she does.
Her mind slowly drifts back to the bloody body next to her. She gently kisses the forehead and than a knock on the door startles her. On the other side of the door is a tall slender man, as he starts to pull his badge out she opens the door. The man is surprised by all the blood on her face and body. "Hello Daddy" she says calmly as she walks away from him.
