Daily exercise and staying active

The perfect way to get daily exercise and stay active is to combing three things.

Cardio: Alternate your weightlifting days with days where you do at least an hour of solid cardio. It doesn't matter what kind of cardio you do. Swimming, running, cycling, or Tae Bo. As long as you get the cardio in you will burn large amounts of fat and stay fit.

Weightlifting: Lift weights at least three times a week. This makes your muscles larger, increases testosterone, improves bone density, and boosts health and confidence overall.

Play a sport: This is the ultimate trick to staying fit and getting that daily exercise. Sports like basketball, racquetball, martial arts, and soccer are fun and addictive. Eventually you will find yourself gnashing your teeth in anticipation of your weekly game. When playing any sport you use a variety of muscles simultaneously, the competition ups your testosterone levels once again, and the randomness of the muscle you use help prevent your body from acclimating to any workout routine.

Combining these three tactics will fill your schedule with a huge variety of fit activities. The variety will make it easier and more enjoyable for you to maintain such an active lifestyle.
