i grew up in the south were there wasn't a lot of money and living in a house was like first class!teen pregnancy was every where!i didn't really understand why or how this was happening because i was so young!my father worked alot and so me and my younger brother and sister had to go to the babysisters daily!i loved it but she was so young!i realize that now but i thought that she was all grown up because i looked up to her!she turned out to be not a very good role model but in the end i learned from her mistakes!because she got pregnant at the age of 17, i couldn't imagine being pregnant now!i remember how she started crying when she found out!because she hadn't told her parents and to boot her parents didn't even know that she had a boyfriend because he hadn't been around long!i didn't reall y know what to think because i had never before witnessed up close a teen pregnancy, i had heard of them but never seen one!She had stayed our baby sitter and i watch over those 9 months ths stuggle that she had gone through,she stayed up late at night with sickness, and it seemed like everything that was food that moved before it was killed made her sick,she wasn't like she was before this nightmare shown upon her,she didn't hang out with her friends like she did before,she always said that she was to tired,she had to drop out of high school and start home schooling but she never did her work because she was sleeping all the time!she was doing worse in life then ever, the nine months were almost up and you could tell by her streched out belly that she had been through hell!After the baby came home we all learned that it was a girl,she was a mix of black and white but the cutest thing i had ever seen!the mother called the father and come to find out he had left town with another teen girl, a father that won't ever be there for his daughter because all that he wanted was a good time!she raised her daughter with her parents help no help from dad becasue hes no where to be found!i don't know where she is now because we moved away a few years after that but ill never forget the pain that she went through just for that little girl!
