Causes of prejudice and bullying (and what you can do about them)

on the internet, in my print-on-demand books, in newspapers and billboards?

Sometimes bullies may require a punch on the jaw yet not a rabbit punch though one feels like it. A good soul will not take up the way of the bully but will folly Father Zosima's advice instead noting the glory of the world and moving to Alaska or Siberia to be a monk. I have no advice for children encountering bullies-maybe a taser or chemical spray would be effective for them, or moving to a better school with a Christian faculty if possible.

Previously judging people or prejudice is a way of filing away facts with reopening the issue ad infinitum. Humans have the ability to think creatively about just one thing at a time and they won't keep reprogramming their memories and thoughts to upgrade to a situation that doesn't seem to substantially need changing. Generalities form general pre-judgments and so they can often be wrong about individual cases. Some operant biases are needed for survival occupationally such as for policemen who might assume that everyone's got a loaded gun inside the door of their auto when pulled over for traffic stops and so the chances of surviving the actual minority with a loaded gun ready to shoot might be a little easier to control without injury.

The broadcast media is one of the largest sources of the creation of biases and prejudgments in the United States today. The political programming impact they have upon ordinary Americans cannot be over-stated. Ophrah Winfree supported Barrack Obama over Hillary Clinton and Hillary was left in his wake like an old fart. Ophrah Winfree would not even permit other candidates on her show, and Sarah Palin isn't likely to turn up either. Oprah's declaration of support for Obama was the word from the female demi-urge on high and that was it.

Some prejudice isn't really prejudice by error, it is simply hate or amused free choice. In the old south economics determined much of the race relations and since the civil war ended the vast cultural differences distanced social integration. Different species characteristics of color and such is important often in the wild kingdom and human beings aren't entirely different. Many people of Mexican ancestry support large scale continuing illegal and legal Mexican immigration to the United States simply because of the shared race and culture facts. More and more is better and better.

The broadcast media tends to pursue one interest solely such as a unified consumer market and works
