Bullies and biases are horses of different colors; a punch or a spinning back fist may be enough to turn the tables against a bully-a biased individual if not violating someones personal liberty isn't doing any harm generally and may be left to their inaccuracies of thought.
If one cannot dissuade a bully from victimizing oneself or others, then one might have to turn the other cheek and realize that the perpetrator hasn't got moral right on her side (or his-in order not to be sexist) and will perhaps suffer in eternity after having pleasure and prosperity on Earth-one may also be consoled by the fact that bias and bullying are wicked and wickedness is stupid...it's better not to be stupid in life living the unexamined life of bias and bullying.
Some bullying matures in to becoming institutional force and power...many people choose to defect to the side of the powerful bullies-they never become fans of the Chicago Cubs or have a copy of 'The Poetry of Existence Meanings' in their car along with a case of beer. Maybe Mission Impossible Ii is a better anti-bullying training film anyway-do acrobatics from helicopters with HALO parachute entries in to the lair of the bullies and biased and flame their smugness with righteousness. Seriously though, non-violent resistance does work in some places and times-in a treacherous, complex society such as is America bullies may trip themselves up legally often enough to move their own world-line out of the way of the good, philosophically reading, moderately athletic individuals that keep on struggling against the tides of evil mass social collectivism following the devil's interests of secular power.
Really though, the auto industry may be the bullies biasing Americans against progress with warranties and federal guarantees to keep the highways to Hogs and Heavy Automobiles instead of ultralight quick and cheap safe mobiles affordable to homeless people. Congress must be full of biased bullies-maybe voting them all out of office for a change would help improve things?
Bullying is an expression of a corrupt will to power. The Minotaur was a deranged beast in mythology transformed as a punishment from the human to wander in the realms below. Al Capone may be considered to be an example of an adult bully that took a short cut to power. Criminals have the felony edge and are willing to use it to exploit their law abiding fellow citizens handicapped by obedience to their own laws.
Much judgment about other people is based on experience.
