Poetry: Relaxing

Relaxation-a gift of life

The ability to allow the day to hollow
Within your mind and soul
To allow your mind to travel to places
In which you have a calmer role

To close your eyes
And realize
To just be where there is no why
To allow your soul to fly
Unchained, unburdened and free
Allows you to rest deep within your being

Life is so busy and does not stop
It is a constant role of will
To just get through the day
Without taking a pill

Just close your eyes
And rest a while
You will feel your body releasing
It is rebuilding and regaining the strength
For when you begin to climb the hill
The hill of life is tough to climb
You have to use your will
SO when you can enjoy the quite and the still
