How to prevent hair loss in women

There are various ways in which you can prevent hair loss such as:-

1, Eat a balanced diet,

2, Take vitamins and mineral supplements to avoid losing hair through lack of
vitamin or iron deficiency,

3, Try not to bleach, dye, or perm your hair to often as this damages the hair
and causes hair loss.

4, Limit the amount of times you use curling irons, hot rollers etc on your hair
as this drys the hair out and causes the hair to break.

5, If you have long hair and you tie your hair up or have it braided quite often
this will put pressure on your hair causing hair loss, so when possible wear
your hair in a looser style.

6, When you have just washed your hair be careful not to rub your hair to harshly
with a towel, be more gentle.

7, When your hair is wet brush or comb your hair gently as the structure of your
hair becomes more fragile.

8, Every six weeks or so have your hair trimmed, to cut off the split ends, this
will leave your hair in better condition.

9, Try not to get stressed out, as stress can cause hair loss such as Alopecia.

10, Condition your hair on a regular basis if your hair is very dry and porous,
this will prevent less breakages when styling.
