Song of Peace
Peace we should keep
Inside our hearts,
When we sleep,
When nighttime parts.
Two friends met
With peace in song,
Never to forget
To get along.
Peace spoke that day
Through words of song,
Turned fears away
And made them strong.
One peace sang.
One peace heard.
Peace rang
In every word.
As time came to part
One friend cried.
Such a tender heart
Had just died.
But who flew away
In thought stayed
With that day
Peace friends made.
And who stayed
Flew away in thought
With memories peace made
Of friendship brought.
With this song, they now know
Be what may, come what may,
They don't have far to go
To meet again one day.

From all that robbed me of peace.
I looked at the shady spots here and
