Similar to many other things in life, computer games used in balance with an active lifestyle, social interaction, and relaxation can be very beneficial. The trick is to find the correct balance by limiting the number of hours you allow yourself to play games to ensure that you are eating, getting exercise, sleep, and interacting with your family and friends.
