Relax
Sit back take a breath
Breathe as if the load has been lifted off your chest
Zone out, think of nothing but the time you're in
Turn on a funny movie, just sit back and grin
Turn off the phone, act as if no one else is home
Relax
Take your mind off the world around you
Sink into you favorite chair
Chill out let down your hair
Listen to the smoothest, most creative song
Close your eyes, no where to go, this is where you belong
Be relaxed living in this moment
These few minutes are yours, no one else's, You own it
No problems can affect, this time is yours, this is perfect
Be gone, don't hear a thing
Clear mindedness and relaxation is what this will bring
