Picking a poem to rule all others
Is a task best left to clever, skilled and
Charismatic folk-real language lovers
Knowing greatness in rhythm, meter and
Musicality. These critics, judges
Yearn for high standards, reward cleverness,
Perceive originality and flee
Old tired lines, images and rhymes like they
Eschew cliche work, the dull products of
Mediocre writers with muddled minds.
