To begin my article I would like to first bring my reader's attention to the importance of education in life. Now, this topic will in itself be a lengthy process but to summarize I would like to point it out just in one sentence i.e. 'an individual's identity whether good or bad is recognized and judged by his education.' Moreover, an uneducated person is like a tree without leaves.

So now coming back to my title, I think my intelligent readers will assume themselves what is the 'significance of school ranking for colleges and universities'. Without the school ranking a student cannot take the required education in universities or colleges and his personality will not be developed as it should due to the lapse.

School ranking, even though is losing importance in many places, has many advantages. Out of the numerous plus points I would like to point out some of them which I think are more important to mention.

1. If school ranking is not done students can't have appropriate access to programs like 'HELIUM' which are so knowledgeable for all.

2. Without the school ranking a student does not acquire his learning with a correct and proper process .

3. Ranking in schools leads to a education process which is in sequence and step by step to perfection.

4. Ranking in school sets the student's RANK in his life.

5. Ranking in school assists the student to decide about his future options.

6 Ranking in school is also an assistance for the prospective administrators in colleges and universities to decide about the student's rank in their institutions.

7. Ranking in schools decides the grades of the students to know exactly where they stand.

8. The above point can help them to go further in their fields in colleges and universities.

9. Ranking is competitive in nature and competition in students leads to improve further.

10 Lastly, but not the least ranking in school can sometimes be rated as follows- R - rate , A - attitude, N - novelty, E- education.
