MySpace.com, what can I say about it that most of you don't know already. I am probably a late bloomer in this social networking site. I just join MySpace 4 months ago. When I first heard about it last year, I had my doubt. I wonder if MySpace was for right for me. With alot of comotion on TV, on the web, and especially my friends, I finally decided to try it out.

On MySpace you can create your own profile with any information you want to disclosure. The best thing about MySpace is it has lots of users. You can search through the list and find your old friends or find new friends with the same interest as you. You can comment or message them back and forth. You can also post bulletins to all your friends.

Although MySpace is very popular, it has its flaws. There is not a day where there is no errors on its script. Its new IM is not good. There are lots of spammers and hackers. Now that it's going corporate, it doesn't seem to care about the people anymore. Recently it block Photobucket video being embeded in members' profiles. If it doesn't has a relationship with google adsense, it will probably block youtube too. Can you blame people for using other site for music, video or images? MySpace really sucks with those services. All it care about is getting profit and not the people.

Like I said the best thing about MySpace is it has lots of users. I use it to promote my website. Since my website primary audience are teenagers, MySpace is great for that. Before trying MySpace out, if you haven't done it already, be very careful about telling people your personal information. There are many creeps out there that take advantage of this. Just be careful and use MySpace or other social networking site wisely.
