Step by step: How to wax your legs

I wrote this as a guide for women who have never waxed their legs before. Now I myself prefer using Nair Ready to Use Body Wax Strips, for two reasons; one they come pre-made and I don't have to mess with hot burning wax that sticks to everything I don't want it to. And two because I have found their usually cheaper at about $6.18 at Walmart.

On one last note: always read and follow the directions, even if it seems kinda stupid. At this point you're new to waxing and the best thing you can do is give it time and become more comfortable with it before trying to deviate from the directions. With that said, lets begin.

Step One: Figure out just how and where you want to start. For example, I prefer starting at my ankles and working my way up that way just in case I end up missing spots and use more than I should and run out, my thighs usually have less noticeable hair and I can get away with not waxing them. And I also like to have a pair of scissors handy in case i want to cut the size for more precision.

Step Two: Once you have figured out how and where, its time to remove the strips from the package and start. Take a strip in your hands and rub it enough to get it kinda warm, now take it down to your ankle and put it on. After you have put it on smooth it out as much as you can, remember the flatter the better.

Step Three: Take a deep breath, brace your self and pull quickly from the bottom in an upward motion. And remember its okay if you stand there taking a bunch of deep breaths for ten minutes, it does hurt but it shouldn't be unbearable.

Step Four: After you're done waxing there should be some kind of after use cream of towelette that you should use on the area you waxed, if not then I would suggest using baby oil.

In the end there are thousands of different ways of waxing your legs and its up to you to find the one that works for you.
