is high and avoid high physical efforts. For example avoid exercising during the afternoon and early evening in summer when there are ozone-alert values.
Some signs of health effects are coughing, throat irritation, difficulties with breathing and irritation of your respiratory system. Everyone needs to be careful because a high level of ozone concentration will always affect our lungs.
*Infectious diseases.
Global warming increases the population of mosquitoes which are responsible for diseases like malaria, the West Nile virus, cholera and other mosquito-born illnesses in tropical areas like Africa and Asian. Some scientists warned us about the risks of these viruses. For example malaria will spread to Europe because of the increase of the temperature in countries which already have periods of high temperatures like Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Italy and many others.
*Allergies.
Air pollution is related to global warming, and a consequence is that more people suffer from allergy problems. A higher temperature caused by air pollution is responsible for these allergy problems. Studies have shown that higher temperatures combined with more carbon dioxide in the air make allergy seasons worse. There have been an increased number of people suffering from hay fever due to these facts. Plants produce more pollen and this is one of the main reasons why people get allergy problems.
We all need to contribute to reducing the factors which can cause global warming. Saving energy can be done by everyone and if we all take actions for reducing the impact on the road, in our home or every other place; we can get the increase of these greenhouse gases under control.
Don't wait, if you do your part in reducing global warming, you'll be helping secure a healthier future!
