If you're going try to impress women with your fashion sense be warned: you've picked a very critical and astute audience. If you don't know what you're doing you may not get a second glance. Here are some fashion tips to at least put you in the running to impress this very fashion savvy gender.

First, do yourself a favor. Never buy anything on sale. There's a reason that tie, or that shirt, has found it's way to the bargain rack. This reason may not be apparent to you. But it will be to the woman you're trying to impress.

And whether the reason it's been marked down is that it's last season's color, or the fabric is defective and pills, she'll notice. She'll be aware of it's failings on the molecular level. She won't be impressed.

So steel yourself to resist sartorial so-called bargains and you'll be well on your way to impressing women with your fashion sense.

The next thing you have to do is to make sure you buy only top quality items from respected haberdashers. Now, she can make certain sensible economies in her purchases. But you're not in her league, not by a long shot.

Find yourself a great men's clothing store, and be nice to the sales staff.
Because your best weapon in your quest to impress women with your fashion sense is your sales person. Once you find one with whom you have some rapport, stick with them. Don't go anywhere else. You'll find your loyalty is reciprocated, and rewarded.

You need a sales person on your side because keeping up with fashion is a full-time job. You won't get up to speed just by perusing this season's catalog. Your sales person will know your colors, your build, your preferences- and you'll get a call when that new shipment of Armani Jeans arrives.

If you develop a good relationship with a sales person in a top quality men's clothing store you'll be well on your way to impressing women with your fashion sense.

But there's one more thing you have to do that most men miss. If you do get it right though, you'll really impress her.

It's simply this: change your clothes and shoes a lot. At least every day, but morning and afternoon is even better.

Change your clothes, and your shoes and accessories, every chance you get. See changing them as an opportunity to make a new fashion statement, however subtle or nuanced. She'll notice.
