If you are a concerned, caring, and loving individual...honesty beckons at your door! Of course you would do the right thing by telling the truth. Sharing this health issue you are presented with, should even strengthen the relationship you have with your significant other. The doors to communication should and would get better. Stronger feelings between the two, would grow deeper...that is, is the love for one another is dynamic from the start. Besides, your significant other, should be given an opportunity to make a choice...to continue in the relationship, or to sever ties. Whatever the decision, know that you would have made the right decision in admitting the problem you are forever faced with.
Not only is this the right thing to do, one must remember that when you're dishonest, acting upon something which is unacceptable, will oneday come back to "haunt" you.
The old adage, "Honesty is the best policy," continues to ring true on this planet Earth of ours.
