Our own family would get us to a being emotional one. Sometimes, being burden with emotional battle inside our family could drain us. It stress us out and the result is not always healthy.
How to avoid getting emotionally bulldozed:
1. Know every conflicts and issues inside your family.
2. After you know them, have a time to evaluate it yourself.
3. Do not think that there is no solution, always understand that being too emotional couldn't help a bit. Just try to balance yourself and with them..
4. It doesn't mean that when you think and stands on what you think is right, your heart is away from them, just explain to them that this is the way you hold and solve the problem, not getting too emotional. Instead thinking something that can solve the crisis and issues.
5. You can be a good listener for them. Just listen and when you want to say something which you think better than them, say it. Do not hold back.
6. Raise some solution to the problem, talk with them and just always think about the solution.
7. Being emotional inside our home could not be avoided but just try to analyze if all you are getting emotional, no one can help solve the crisis.
8. Love them as the way you should be. There are many ways to show that, not just being too emotional.
