Assertiveness is the way you deal things with confidence and glory at the end. Being assertive could win you something that you expect for; it could be your great assets and guts to get what you want in life.
Benefits of being assertive:
1. You can establish a professional relationship between somebody who's in a high rank of society.
2. Can develop your personality through socially and intellectually.
3. Gain more confidence of dealing with difficult people, make a friendship with them with repositioning your rights.
4. You may have an easy time of expressing yourself and gaining someone's feeling or you may have this rights to accept or not to accept any demands in your life.
5. You always have this thinking that you can refuse anything which you think it doesn't feel right or good for you.
6. You can always avoid conflict because being assertive will always fight what is beyond and what is not. You always know the words and the right time to say it without hurting anyone.
7. Being assertive can gain make you happy and glad, there are times that you will used that witty, sassy moves that you know and all people will just drawn into you.
If a person is assertive, it doesn't mean that you can tell everything you want to say even if it offends anybody. Being assertive knows every detail of what s/he do, can avoid conflicts and can learn to control h/himself to hurt someone's feeling.
