The great thing about warm weather workouts is most of the greatest workouts are so much fun! Just get moving and get out there before you know it your belt is a notch tighter!
A great way to start if you haven't been active until the warm weather is walking. A wise way to continue your improvement is each time you take a water break do some squats or push ups to increase the intensity of your workout.
Play! Volleyball, roller blading, football, even throwing the ball with your son is a great way to get moving and workout!
Swimming is a great all over conditioning workout! Find a great lake and jump in!
If you prefer the gym make sure it has air conditioning. Even in that environment being all hot and sticky makes the idea of going back outside unbearable. Spend extra time stretching after your workout to cool yourself off or take a great shower.
Get out in the sun and move!
